01What is All-on-Full®?▾
All-on-Full® is an advanced implant protocol for full-arch rehabilitation. Instead of relying only on resorbed alveolar bone, implants are anchored in the deep basal bone and available anatomical structures, restoring all molars with no cantilever, no bone grafts and no sinus lifts.
02What is Bilateral Sinus Solution™ (BSS)?▾
BSS is the protocol used for severely atrophic posterior maxillae: posterior implants (pterygoid/tuberal) are placed vertically and anchored in deep cortical structures, bypassing the maxillary sinus without lifting it.
03I was told I have no bone for implants. Is that true?▾
Most of the time this refers to the alveolar bone only. The basal bone — the deep cortical portion of the jaw — does not resorb. In the vast majority of cases there is enough basal bone to achieve a fixed, complete rehabilitation.
04Do I need a bone graft?▾
In the vast majority of cases, no. All-on-Full® and BSS avoid grafts, sinus lifts and zygomatic implants by using the available basal bone and posterior anchoring structures.
05How long does the procedure take?▾
Approximately 2 hours per arch under local anaesthesia. Fixed temporary teeth are delivered the same day or within 48 hours.
06Will I have all my molars?▾
Yes. The rehabilitation includes all 14 teeth per arch, including first and second molars, restored with posterior implants that truly support the distal area.
07Will I have fake pink gum?▾
No. The final prosthesis (Circolare d'Autore®) is made of zirconia-ceramic with natural emergence from the gum: no fake gum, no visible transition.
